Desired outcome: Jira dashboard of features identified as SIG priorities that may not be slated for a release, but can be picked up by development teams.

Some questions:

What tag(s) do we want to use?

Do we want to distinguish between Entity Management / Linked Data App / Linked Data Subgroup? (multiple tags?)

Do we want to use the voting feature? Other ways we might want to indicate priorities?
