Which jiras are being developed outside of the normal FOLIO teams and so don't use points for things? - Is there a list? Can there be a list? ERM features are not planned by the capacity planning team. Previous meeting that ERM will abide by the votes but maybe they're excluded from the list. 

Can we confirm about QuickMARC? Only 3 issues on the point list and one is scheduled for iris and some issues in Jira are only 7 hours old. How stable is the spreadsheet - not yet. Will need freeze point. 

What are the resources that are being committed, need mechanism for who is doing what?  What are the things covering and what are the things not covering? 

Action (Karen): Send note to Holly asking which teams are in the capacity planning; what groups are not; NFR ranking clarity/ update on the 23rd? 

Intermediary system for patron empowerment, but need to be able to see the rules; need holdings and items to place requests; Take extracts that don't include flags for suppressed from public display.   

How are different sites harvesting from FOLIO into discovery interfaces (oai-pmh, ftp, etc). Desire to have set functionality to have control over what gets harvested to where.  Also nice to have push to not have to wait for harvest. Holdings items just looked up in RTAC not harvested but if you want to have that data searchable/faceted need to find a way to get that done. Missouri is using a custom script that then gets ftped to EDS using data export. 

Feature, take users search string to append additional limiters to the search. For example, book reviews and government documents. Valuable but not what people are most likely looking for. Might be able to partially get at through facets but not the clearest.  Passive mediated assistance (radio buttons, option choices, preselect facets).
