PullSlip / PickSlip

• Bei Monobestellungen wird der PullSlip aus ReShare nicht benötigt, da die Bestellungen anderer Bibliotheken an die Bestandsanfrageapp weitergereicht werden und ein regulärer PickSlip ausgedruckt wird

  • Debra bekommt Beispiele, wie PickSlip in Folio in Bayern aussehen kann

  • Problem: Auf dem PickSlip fehlt die FL-Nummer

  • Evtl. kann diese als “Patron Comment” übergeben werden?

• Kopienbestellungen

  • BVB überträgt die Bestellungen (PFL + AFL) derzeit nicht in die Lokalsysteme der beteiligten Bibliotheken

  • BVB würde gerne zukünftig PFL-Bestellungen im Lokalsystem haben, um besseren Service für Nutzer zu bieten

    • Shipped-Messages werden über ein Skript im ZFL gesteuert, unklar, ob diese zukünftig ins Lokalsystem der nehmenden Bibliothek übertragen werden könnte

  • BVB benötigt keine PullSlips für AFL, da diese über die PrintClients laufen

  • BSZ benötigt den PullSlip bei AFL-Bestellungen unbedingt, um Auftrag zu bearbeiten

    • Meldungen zur Statusänderung (bitte ergänzen, da kann ich meine Notizen nimmer lesen )

  • Nachtrag Thomas Kögel:
    Der ZFL-Server müsste vor allem erst mal unterscheiden, ob die nehmende Bibl. eine Folio-Bibliothek ist oder nicht (aber sowas werden wir voraussichtlich eh an mehreren Stellen benötigen). Ob das dann schon reicht, lässt sich erst durch diverse Tests herausfinden.Daher wäre ich erst mal dafür, dass wir vorerst weiter von der Prämisse ausgehen, dass Kopienbestellungen beim BVB nicht in die Lokalsysteme, also auch nicht in ReShare kommen. Wenn wir später eine funktionierende Testumgebung haben und darin auch schon genug Erfahrung mit Monographien gesammelt haben, dann kann man sich das Thema ja immer noch anschauen - es wäre dann eine Erweiterung der Funktionalität des ZFL-Servers, unabhängig von ReShare. Dort ist die Funktionalität fürs BSZ ja ohnehin vorhanden….

A written summary of our meeting re non-returnable state flow before I forget:

1. Currently for BVB the central ZFL server does not send either a PFLBestellung or AFLBestellung message to the local system so all copy requests are handled outside the local system both on the requesting and lending side.

2. Thomas will work to try and get their ZFL server to send a PFLBestellung message to ReShare so we can create a patron request for a copy request. They will continue to NOT send an AFLBestellung message for copy requests to the local system so all lending activity for copy requests will be handled outside of ReShare.

3. BSZ does send both a PFLBestellung or AFLBestellung message to the local system

4. Any PFLBestellung messages that come in for a copy request will go into a state of New with the only actions available = Cancel request which will close the request locally but not in ZFL. An automatic fee is added to the patron record in FOLIO for the request.

5. Unfortunately at this point in time when a lender uploads a document to the copy server in ZFL, the copy server sends a Shipped message to the central ZFL server but no further data update message is sent from the central ZFL server to the local server so at present there would be no way to move a copy patron request from New to Document Supplied.  Thomas will work to see if he can get this message to happen.

6. If Thomas can get this data update message to work we can use that to move a request from New to Document Supplied. The actions available would be Add manual fee, Mark complete and possibly Mark document supplied (this is to distinguish for BSZ those requests that are complete and the patron was notified via ZFL or document supplied where staff needed to download and print out the document for the patron to pick up so then we can send a notification based on this state.

7. On the lending side for BSZ, a new copy lending request will come into to ReShare in a state of Awaiting pull slip printing with the primary action being Print pull slip and secondary actions of Cannot supply and Mark pull slip printed. Once the pull slip is printed the request will move to Searching. The two secondary actions available will be Will Supply or Cannot Supply. Will supply will move the request to a terminal state of Document Supplied. Cannot supply will move the request to a state of Not supplied. Neither action sends any update message to the ZFL server. Uploading of the document for the request is handled outside of ReShare/FOLIO
