Cate Boerema (Deactivated) - Chalmers is reporting lots of "items out of place" type issues such as:
- Items that are showing up on the Hold shelf clearance report for one circ desk but aren't on the hold shelf. These are sometimes found awaiting pickup on other service points or sometimes found.
- Requests that are Closed - Filled with no evidence of a loan for that item for the requester
- Etc
- Most of these are being reported via Slack channel and investigated by Cate
- These are often difficult to debug - some observations from Chalmers can no longer be reproduced when checked (e.g. item no longer on Hold shelf clearance report or item status has changed)
