create a compound "keyword" index

Description

The index should be of type full text and include the following JSON fields (properties):

  • title

  • contributors (name)

  • identifiers (value)

Note that "all" is misleading: has changed "All" to "Keyword (title, contributor, identifier)" therefore I suggest to adopt that change by using "keyword" as the index name.
