For the Data Import TestRails

  • Select a Jira from the above filter; these Jiras have a draft TestRail case
  • When viewing the Jira details, there should be a link to the TestRail case, at the bottom of the left pane
  • Click on that TestRail link, and it should take you to the test case
  • Click Edit
  • Review the Preconditions, and update if the user should know anything else or have any files with particular characteristics for importing
  • Then start adding steps to the case
  • Step description: what should the user do
  • Expected result: what they should see, or what should happen
  • Once all steps are added, click Save test case
  • Ann-Marie Breaux (Deactivated) will review and change the cases from Draft, which will add them to Kiwi Bugfest
