It looks like departments was split into its own feature (https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-2147#icft=UXPROD-2147) but I don't see where the additional external system IDs were split into their own feature. I can see UIU jiras for them but not an UXPROD. @patty.wanninger can you advise?

Even though Users will be making use of custom fields, there are a still few fields where it makes sense to just add them to the data schema.

Title/Prefix (also add to user import) - these will be handled with custom fields
Preferred pronouns - custom field
alternate name (nickname) - Preferred name UIU-1649
Add validation to email field
