Hi  This is an old story but the mock 5-check-in.png which is a modal pop-up mentions hold shelf.

I don't know if this helps you with you recent post in #resource-access https://folio-project.slack.com/archives/C3G05TF3R/p1649862134757869 but I thought I would pass it along to you.

Love these! Thank you and thanks for bringing me together with Emma to ensure we had a consistent approach. Closing this issue.

Thanks everyone for your feedback.

I had included the material type just because we've been including it elsewhere. I don't know why I had put Reserves there so I changed it to Book. Anyway, I was thinking one reason to include it could be if you are scanning a book, but then the modal pops up and the material type says Video, you know something is wrong. I'm not sure if a mistake like this could actually happen but maybe or might know or understand why it is important to have the material type mentioned.

I removed 4-check-in.png and put the new wording into 5-check-in.png

Thanks!

The modal lacks the requester's name because of privacy concerns.

These mockups look great, . A few thoughts:

  • I see you are showing "(Reserves)" in parentheses after the title. On the Checkin page and Loans list, we display the Material type in parentheses after the title, so I guess that's what this is supposed to be. Do folks think this is necessary/helpful? , ? If we do decide to show this, it would be good if we could use something that looks more like a material type than "Reserves" (e.g. "Book")

  • I like your 5-check-in.png better than 4-check-in.png. It is more readable.

  • Now that I see the awaiting pickup modal, I think we probably want to add the service point there, as well. So something like this: Place <title of item> (Barcode: <barcode of item>) on hold shelf at <name of service point> for request.

Let me know what you all think and I'll update the story as needed.
