Purpose: To implement fulfillment of requests that have a fulfillment preference of Pickup, including:
Closing of the request
Default hold shelf expiration dates / length of time on the hold shelf
Hold shelf slips and notices to the patron
Service points as pickup locations
Alerts at checkin, checkout and renewal (CB: Will cover in request policy stories) that an item is wanted for a request with fulfillment preference "Hold shelf"
