"Something went wrong" message appears when creating a new payment method

Description

Preconditions:
1.  Snapshot env is opened
2. Settings app opened
3. Users selected
4. Payment method selected
5. Fee/fine owner selected to add payment methods for
6. "New" button clicked
7. Payment method entered
8. Click on the Save button
9.  Observe result

Expected Results: "Payment methods" page appears for the selected "Fee/fine: Owner"
Actual Results: "Something went wrong" message appears when creating a new payment method
Notice: We observe the same behavior when creating: Owners and  Manual charges
