"Something went wrong" message appears when creating a new owner

Description

Preconditions:
1.  Snapshot env is opened
2. Settings app opened
3. Users selected
4. Owners selected
5. "New" button clicked
6. Owner name entered
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click on the Save button

  2.  Observe result

Expected Results: "Fee/fine: Owners" page appears with new owner 
Actual Results: "Something went wrong" message appears when creating a new owner
Notice: We observe the same behavior when creating: Manual charges and  Payment methods

, the direct issue is an NPE in stripes-smart-components EditableListForm on line 211, but that component hasn't changed in months so it's likely caused by a change in how that form is called from ui-users. Likely, there are two bugs here: ui-users needs to change the data it provides, and SSC needs to check for that condition and handle the error without bombing. In any case ... is this really owned by Prokpopovych?

I have confirm that this happens on SNAPSHOT for Settings/Users/Owners, Settings/Users/Manual charges and Settings/Users/Payment methods.
