Fee/Fine permissions - Create view fees/fines permission

Description

Overview: We currently don't have a permission for simply viewing fees/fines, and one is needed by many libraries.

Actions:

  1. Create permission Users: Can view fees/fines which allows a user to -

    • View the Fee/fines accordion of a user record, click on any link (but not be able to click the Create fee/fine button to open New fee/fine page)

    • View Fees/Fines History (open, closed, all) but NOT be able to click the "New fee/fine" button

    • By clicking on the fee/fine, allows the user to View Fee/Fine Details

    • View Fines incurred in Loan Details and Open/Closed Loans

: Sorry for the delay in testing this. I noticed one thing that doesn't appear to be working correctly. When a fee/fine has been charged to a loaned item, Loan Details displays the Fees/fines incurred, which is a link to the view the actual fee/fine. With this permission as currently configured, Fees/fines incurred is not a link--it has been deactivated. The link should work.
