Holly recently asked for a change to be made so that the "View" link only appears in the Loan Details field (of Fee/Fine Details) when the loan record is still available. After the loan record has been "scrubbed", the word "Anonymized" should appear instead. This part works, but the word "Anonymized" is also showing up for fees/fines that are not associated with a loan. In other words, there wasn't anything to anonymize. This is very confusing for the user.
To reproduce this error, simply charge a manual fee/fine to a patron and do not associate it with a loan. Then go to the Loan Details page for the fee/fine. I have attached a screen print showing this error.
Instead of displaying the word "Anonymized", a hyphen should appear like it does for other blank fields.
