Backend: Automatically age overdue items to lost

Description

Purpose: This story is for the viewing of aged to lost items in Open Loans and on the Item Record. There should be no development required. Holly will simply test that these two scenarios work and will then close this issue.

Note: What CIRCSTORE-198 was supposed to cover is now covered by UIU-1791, UIU-1803 and UIU-1804.

Story: Aged to lost items need to be marked as such so that the patron and other staff members can distinguish them from other checked out items.

Scenarios:

  1. Scenario

    • Given a loan that is aged to lost

    • When viewing the loan as an entry in the patron's Open Loans

    • Then show loan information as for any other open loan, except the Item Status will be "Aged to lost"

  2. Scenario

    • Given a loan that is aged to lost

    • When viewing the Item Record for the item in the loan in Inventory

    • Then:

      • Status for the item should be "Aged to lost", with link to loan details

      • Item status date should be the date the item/loan was aged to lost

Holly finally remembers to test this on LOTUS BUGFEST and the holdiing's "status updated" date matches the "aged to lost" action date of the loan record, as shown below...
