Creating brief instance, holdings, item records in Inventory when an order goes from pending to open;

when an order is pending there are no underlying records in Inventory

once the workflow status is changed to open, "item details" information (e.g., title, publisher, publication date, edition, material type) – or can look up Instance in Inventory – and location information, both from PO line, an Instance record, with Holdings & Item record(s) are created in Inventory
