Reading Room Access	Reading room access: In app - track access - Allows a user to access the Reading room access app in the UI, look up users, and approve or deny access. Also allows get requests on the /reading-room/access-log endpoint Settings (tenant): Can create, edit and remove reading room access - Allows a user to view, create, edit, and delete reading rooms under Settings > Tenant > Reading room access Settings (tenant): Can view reading room access - Allows a user to view reading rooms under Settings > Tenant > Reading room access Users: Can view reading room access - Allows a user to view the reading room access accordion in the Users app Users: Can view, and edit reading room access - Allows a user to view the reading room access accordion in the Users app. Also allows the user to edit a user’s access to reading rooms, and add notes related to that access. Data export permissions cleanup	Data export: Can view only - enables Data export app and allows a user to view data export logs. Data export: Can upload files, export, and view logs -enables Data export app and allows a user to trigger export and view data export logs.
