Discussed and agreed to remove endpoint.

• @Craig McNally to ask @Kurt Nordstrom  why this endpoint was added as it seems he was the author originally.

• Craig has the action (unrelated) to create a release of MODLOGIN so this likely can be added to Q2/Goldenrod.

Discussed and did some investigation:

1. User needs permission mod.login.post. Will move to MODLOGIN-129

2. Would need to understand the flow better - need time to investigate. @Craig McNally volunteered to do this with assistance from @Ryan Berger

Mike to get the Security Project created and add the Security team to the appropriate permissions for security level on issues (currently there are 3 security levels: "None", "FOLIO Core Team", "Sys Ops and Core Team").
