Q: How would you recommend folks to say "this is a problem for me too" on JIRA?
A: Add a comment, with any additional info you may have
Q: How will this be filtered up for prioritization?
A: JIRAs are just added, not a lot of time spent talking with POs yet. Likely will be a matter of group consensus to determining priorities.

Open Time

TAMU implementation: monitoring things in ticketing system (21 so far). Mostly settings adjustments. Some issues with financials and a hidden permission. Capacity load on system needed to be expanded (2 to 5). Bringing up VuFind; some item type reconciliation. EDS harvest should be completed shortly.

Washington College went live on Jan 5th.
