Welcome to Lucy Liu
Liaison to the Shanghai Libraries.  Some may be able to implement next year.  They have been working heavily on FOLIO for a while.  Eager to contribute code to the project.  Shanghai Public Library has many unique needs due to its nature and size.

Pain Points discussionRound IV & Cap Planning Team

Holly - Cap Plan wanted to complete the MVP, then asked the Round IV libraries for their go-live features, who agreed on 42 features.  But then Cap Plan realized that they need to concentrate on Fiscal Period close and other features for the already implemented libraries.

Cate - Pretty close to finishing CAP MVP in Q3, now dealing with split-off features which tend to be lower-priority.  POs took a look at those for priority ranking, now the POs are working with 3 teams (Firebird - QuickMARC & moving hldgs/items & circ logs; Spitfire - e-hldgs & user records; Gulfstream - integrations & OAI-PMH).   Core Function teams are still messy - lot of issues and deciding priorities.

Mike G - addressing rankings where there are mixed priorities?  Cate - lot of obvious features, lot of features with agreement.  In cases where there isn't agreement they're talking to the POs and the SIGs for input.  Declared lost & aged-to-lost in RA is a good example.

Tod - been spending a lot of time on individual features, having trouble seeing the general picture.  Is there some sense of areas where institutions can do their own work, like remote storage integration?  Cate - there is some working going on there.  Caiasoft has promised to do some work on this.  Mike - trying to find areas where Feature A might be of use to Feature B to optimize the work.  Tod - working locally on spine-label printing, may be of use to other FOLIO libraries.

General updates

Glad to see the implemented libraries' discussion on the slack channel, it's very useful and the traffic isn't overwhelming.

Wentworth will have to delay implementation due to staffing issues with reopening.

Duke is live with ERM!  Using ExLibris 360 as the knowledge base, may not be able to use e-holdings.

Cornell successfully migrated their ERM to EBSCO-supported - "uneventful".

Missouri State working on integrations with INN-Reach.

Bywater - two implemented libraries, another going live Monday.  Found an Acq bug - related to funds with multiple FYs,  Ann-Marie - Dennis knows about it, this also shows the value of implementers and testers to find these bugs and gaps

For next week:

Goldenrod bugfest update?

Support SIG update?

May not have a full agenda, will decide Friday - please put any other agenda items in the agenda for July 14.
