Chicago - Data migration in a data domain kind of focus

Users first, then inventory, circ or acq next.

Is there a single instance with all functionality?

Not yet - try all the sites available for testing

Moving QA to be able to be run on developers' local machines instead of waiting for code to be merged with main branch.
