May 24: EBSCO FOLIO Innovation Challenge G'Doc	Host: Mark Canney - Make sure you login as host so Chat, Q&A, and Recording options show up Support: Holly, Sharon? Presenter: Andrew Nagy, Peter Murray We are moving from Webex hosting platform to Zoom. Is there a way to allow people to ask their own questions (for better interaction)?	WebEx will be used. Andrew is still working on content. Still need title and description. Working title FOLIO Innovation Challenge by EBSCO.
June 14: Quarterly Roadmap update and demo G'Doc	Host: Rachael Fadlon Support: Eric Hartnett Presenter(s): Hkaplanian and a developer	Peter Murray to talk with Cate Boerema (Deactivated) and Jakub Skoczen about which of the developers can present a compelling overview of new capabilities at this Forum. Holly Mistlebauer to ask Paula Sullenger about presenting the new onboarding process–Paula has said yes! Rachel Fadlon to check with Hkaplanian about moving the date to June 14th Harry is available to do it on the 14th.
July 12:	Host: ? Support: ? Presenter(s): ?	Possibility: Filip's idea about a workshop on the process for developing apps. Will this fit the format? Setup takes a while. Depends on what he's trying to present. Record a video broken into chapters? Other ideas: A case study in how an institution is engaged in FOLIO - e.g. panel from Cornell FOLIO beyond an ILS - other systems that institutions used (storage facility, repository, etc.) - informing the bigger picture. Panel with a moderator doing Q&A?

Zoom	We need to test Zoom to see if we can include video of the presenters and if we can allow attendees to ask their questions rather than type them. Also, it would be nice to see a video of the presenter while they are speaking.	All are possible. If attendees can ask questions - good idea but could be technical issues. Michael will set up a practice. WebEx subscription ends June 14th.
