Authority linking - mapping rules

General requirements

1. MARC bib field 100/110/111 can only link to MARC authority record 100/110/111 without $t

2. MARC bib field 240 can only link to MARC authority record 100/110/111 with $t

3. When linking MARC bib field 240 to MARC authority 100/110/111, $t value controls/updates 240 $a.

4. Can only link a bib field to one authority heading

5. Indicator 2 - Validation either Orchid/Poppy

6. No authority control subfields can populate a bib field
