- OS: presentation of initial mockup
- CP: Own workflow; would be nice to track steps in workflow; where you were in the workflow
- OS: difficult, since we're in different situations (already published, early request etc.) while entering the data; we don't know from which situation you're coming from
- CP: could imaging some customized checkboxes where every inst can define their steps, and check; important when multiple staff members are working on the same thing
- SG: Do we have a checkbox for CC-License? Important for Wiley Hybrid Articles, about record the License type
- OS: also for statistics?
- SG: important for next DFG funding phase
- OS: Can the Request date be by default current today?
- MB: Yes, if date can be changed afterwards
- OS: Is request date mostly today?
- AO: Yes, mostly today, prefers today as default
- OS: Default request status?
- AO: maybe "new" for new requests; need info about if action is pending for internal staff or external author/publisher etc.
