Hands-on work assisting POs with JIRA/Testrail case updating and creation

For the Data Import TestRails
- Select a Jira from the above filter; these Jiras have a draft TestRail case
- When viewing the Jira details, there should be a link to the TestRail case, at the bottom of the left pane
- Click on that TestRail link, and it should take you to the test case
- Click Edit
- Review the Preconditions, and update if the user should know anything else or have any files with particular characteristics for importing
- Then start adding steps to the case
- Step description: what should the user do
- Expected result: what they should see, or what should happen
- Once all steps are added, click Save test case
- Ann-Marie Breaux (Deactivated) will review and change the cases from Draft, which will add them to Kiwi Bugfest
