  • Where does the journal data come from? Is it an import from EZB data? How often is it updated?
  • Why don't we automatically see the publisher in Journal Details right next to the ISSN? Why do I have to manually chose a publisher in the publication type/subtype/publisher field row above?
  • I didn't know anymore how to link an invoice line to the request. Is that possible from within the OA app or do I have to change to the invoice app first?
