Certainly following the six-step instructions in the description of this issue leaves us now in a nice state, with "16 Results Found" correctly reported. So I will close this.

As noted in the previous comment, fixing either one of the underlying bugs will make this symptom go away. Although MODUSERS-20 is still open, STRIPES-407 is fixed, If that one is deployed on demo-test, you should be able to verify that the problem no longer manifests, at which point this one () can be closed.

, I notice this is In Review. Is there a fix for this that I should be testing? I'm sort of confused because I see you also have indicated that this fix is blocked by MODUSERS-20.

I made both new issues: MODUSERS-20 and STRIPES-407.
Both are blockers for this issue – more precisely, either of them is a blocker, in the sense that fixing either one will resolve this issue – so I am shifting the status of this one to BLOCKED until at least one of the blockers is fixed.

And for the front-end one.
Under some circumstances, the record-count display can be completely wrong. Here is a sequence of steps that I followed, and which seems to reliably result in this outcome:
1. Go to http://folio-demo-test.aws.indexdata.com/
2. Login as diku_admin
3. Click Users – 140 records found (OK)
4, Click "Active" filter to turn it off – 203 records found (OK)
5, Click "Inactive" filter to turn it on – 63 records found (OK)
6. Click "off_campus" filter to turn it on – "0 Results Found" but 16 records shown.
