When a new demo site is setup, we seem to be auto-creating some Patron Groups. The groups we are creating are unrealistic. Does that make sense? Feel free to rename this issue as desired.

This is another where the title and description don't match. I'll comment on assignment when I am confident I understand the issue.
Purpose: Change the patron groups in the bootstrap data to something more realistic.
Let's use:
Undergrad
Graduate
Faculty
Staff
Instead of on campus, other and off campus
