User story:
As a LoC registration staff,
I want to search for a patron’s preregistration record in FOLIO,
So that I can review patron preregistration data and complete their registration.
Note: LoC registration staff is a user with ‘Users: Can view patron preregistration data’ permission
Acceptance criteria:
The 'Search patron preregistration records’ action is added to the Action menu of the User app
Out of scope:
Opening the ‘Patron preregistration records results’ page (UIU-3220).
New permission for the ‘Patron preregistration records results’ page and respective action in the Action menu ([UIU-3221|
