Loans: Barcode Should be Link to Item Record

Description

Purpose: Make barcode a link to item record for easy access

Scenarios:

  1. Scenario

    • Given the Barcode on Loans (both Open and Closed Loans tabs)

    • When displayed

    • Then it should be a link to the associated item record (should also be possible to right click and open in a new tab - not sure if that comes automatically now or if it needs to be specified)

Indeed something is off in our folio-testing environment currently. When I try to go to any item or user directly for example:

I get:

"Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <"

Manual test in FOLIO test http://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/ version @folio/users 2.10.100013, using Chrome.

On both Open Loans and Closed Loans page the Barcode links to the Item record.
And it is possible to right click and open in a new tab BUT in the new tab, there is no content - the Item record is missing.
