Description of issue:
introduced a modal to allow a user to delete empty holdings resulting from a changed holdings location in Receiving.
Testing in Orchid, Poppy, and Quesnelia Bugfests show that the modal is no longer appearing when a changed receiving location leaves another holdings record empty.
Reproduction steps:
Log in to using folio_admin permissions.
In the Inventory app, click Actions > Import and import LCCN 2019012345 using the Library of Congress target.
From the new instance, select Actions > New order.
Vendor = Amazon
Order type = One-time
Add a POL.
Location = Acq Mono
Inventory interaction = Instance, holdings, item.
Open the order.
On the POL, click Actions > Receive.
On the Expected piece, click Actions > Receive.
Select the piece and update the holdings location to another location (not the one selected in step 4a).
Receive the piece.
Expected results:
A modal appears indicating that the original holdings record is no longer associated with items. User can select to keep or delete the empty holdings.
Actual results:
No modal appears. The item is moved to the new holdings record and an empty holdings record remains on the instance, associated with the location on the POL.
