ECS: Add "User type" filter to user plugin

Description

Purpose:

Allow users to more easily assign the shadow accounts of specific users to roles, permissions sets etc.

Scenarios:

  1. Allow user to filter by User type:

    • Given user is assigning user records to roles in consortia manager

    • When user clicks assign button

    • AND Select user modal is displayed

    • Then "user type" filter is displayed on left pane

    • AND user can select:

      • Staff

      • Shadow

      • System

I believe it should be consistent across use cases. However, in some implementation of the plugin only one type of user will be shown. In those cases it would not be needed but it were shown anyway.

, could you please clarify/confirm the following:

  1. Should the User type filter be displayed only in specific cases, such as when assigning user records in:

  • ECS: Settings > Users > Permission sets

  • Eureka:  Settings > Authorization roles

Or should this filter be available across all pages where the user search plugin is used?  Here is the list of pages where the pop-up is leveraged.

  1. The User type filter will include only 3 options, and Patrons and DCB user types should be hidden, correct?

Sure, this is small enough that even with Volaris' current limited front-end development capacity, I might be able to squeeze it into Sunflower.

would you be able to carry this issue forward? It is not necessary for Ramsons but it will make assigning users in and ECS environment easier to manager. Particularily for permissions/roles.
