Overview: on a multiselect user plugin, when “select all” checkbox is checked/unchecked it displays the opposite state to required one

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any multiselect user plugin (in authorization roles or routing list in PO line)

2. Retrieve any amount of user records

3. Click “select all” checkbox once

Expected result: checkbox is checked, all records on current page are selected

Actual result: checkbox is displayed as checked, but the records do not become selected

4. Click “select all” checkbox once again

Expected result: checkbox is unchecked, all records on current page are deselected

Actual result: checkbox became unchecked, but the records became selected
