Confirm that user wants to charge a 'Set cost' of 0.00 and no 'Lost item processing fee'

Description

Purpose: This will keep lost items from getting to 'Lost and paid' status too quickly, but reminding user that they have not set a charge for a lost item.

Scenarios

  1. Scenario

    • Given Lost item fee policy page open AND Save & close button activated

    • When Save & close button pressed

    • Then:

      • If Set cost is selected, check if the Set cost amount is = 0 AND Charge lost item processing fee if item declared lost by patron ? is 'No'

      • If Set cost is selected, check if the Set cost amount is = 0 AND Charge lost item processing fee if item aged to lost by system ? is 'No'

  2. Scenario

    • Given Lost item fee policy page open and checks processed (Scenario 1)

    • When Set cost is selected, and the Set cost amount is = 0 AND Charge lost item processing fee if item declared lost by patron ? is 'No'

    • Then:

      • Display Confirm lost item fee policy confirmation modal for declared lost confirmation, as shown in attached mock-up Confirm-declared-lost.jpg

  3. Scenario

    • Given Lost item fee policy page open and checks processed (Scenario 1)

    • When Set cost is selected,and the Set cost amount is = 0 AND Charge lost item processing fee if item aged to lost by system ? is 'No' AND (Items aged to lost after overdue OR Recalled items aged to lost after overdue set to zero or greater)

    • Then:

      • Display Confirm lost item fee policy confirmation modal for aged to lost confirmation, as shown in attached mock-up Confirm-aged-to-lost.jpg

  4. Scenario

    • Given Confirm lost item fee policy confirmation modal (Scenario 2 or 3)

    • When Keep editing button is pressed

    • Then:

      • Close Confirm lost item fee policy confirmation modal

      • Allow user to continue editing on the Lost item fee policy page

  5. Scenario

    • Given Confirm lost item fee policy confirmation modal (Scenario 2 or 3)

    • When Confirm & save button is pressed

    • Then:

      • Close Confirm lost item fee policy confirmation modal

      • Follow regular process for saving the new/modified Lost item fee policy
