Confirm that user wants to save policy with no lost fee charges set (this is a new requirement is covered by user story )

Under 'Lost item processing fee': 'Lost item processing fee' cannot be > 0 unless 'Charge lost item processing fee if item declared lost by patron ?' and/or 'Charge lost item processing fee if item aged to lost by system ?' is 'Yes'

3. If lost item replaced, remove lost item processing fee is 'Yes', 'Replacement allowed' must be 'Yes'

Under 'If lost item replaced, remove lost item processing fee': Cannot be 'Yes' unless 'Replacement allowed' also 'Yes'

• Incorrect validation message (correct message above) and error in validation. I did select Yes for Replacement allowed and I still get a validation error for this field.

4. If lost item replaced, remove lost item processing fee is 'Yes', 'Lost item processing fee' must be > 0.00

• Couldn't test this because of the validation error listed in #3.
