MCL - Scroll-to-item

Create a callback on MCL to mark the item-based position within the list... parameter from this will be saved at the module level and fed back to the list in a prop that will be used to adjust the scroll position after items have finished rendering.

As a bonus, this can be used to keep the scrolled/selected items aligned across changes to MCL's width.
