Vertical scroll bar is displayed on the second pane when it doesn't need

Description

Overview: When the result list displays only 1 record, then the vertical scroll bar displays on the right side of the second pane.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Snapshot or Poppy Bugfest FOLIO environment as User with permission:
    MARC Authority: View MARC authority record

  2. Go to "MARC authority" app

  3. Execute search to retrieve only one record at the result list.

Expected Results: The vertical scroll bar doesn't display at the second pane (because there are not enough records to scroll).
Actual Results: The vertical scroll bar displays on the right side of the second pane.
