The vertical scroll bar displays at the second pane when it doesn't need

Description

Overview: When the result list displays only 1 record, then the vertical scroll bar displays on the right side of the second pane.
Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Snapshot FOLIO environment as User with permission:
    MARC Authority: View MARC authority record

  2. Go to "MARC Authority" app

  3. Execute search to retrieve only one record at the result list.

Expected Results: The vertical scroll bar doesn't display at the second pane (because there are not enough records to scroll).
Actual Results: The vertical scroll bar displays on the right side of the second pane.

This issue reproduces at "MARC Authority" app (Search/Browse), "Inventory" app.

Looks great, the vertical scroll bar doesn't display at the second pane, when nothing to scroll at the result list.
See attached screenshots:

But the vertical scroll bar persists at the second pane when the detail view pane is opened at the third pane (and nothing to scroll at the second pane). See screenshots:

Update: This scrollbar exists with the following resolution of the screen:
Windows scale settings:
Display settings: 1920x1080, Scale: 125-150%
Browser scale settings: 67-80%

With resolution of the screen: 1920x1080 and browser scale settings: 100%. all looks good.
 
Can you fix this in the scope of this ticket?
