Import log for Central tenant has display problems

Description

Summary: Importing a MARC Bib or Authority file to the consortial central tenant results in problematic looking logs.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the Data Import app in the central consortial tenant

  2. Import the attached MARC Bib file using the Default - create instance and MARC Bib job profile

  3. Import the attached MARC Authority file using the Default - Create SRS MARC Authority job profile

  4. After the imports complete, check the import logs for each file

Expected results

  • MARC Bib import should show summary of 1 SRS MARC and 1 Instance created, and then 1 row with the title of the imported record, Created for SRS MARC, and Created with hotlink for Instance

  • MARC Authority import should show summary of 1 SRS MARC and 1 Authority created, and then 1 row with the heading of the imported record, Created for SRS MARC, and Created with hotlink for Authority

Actual results

  • Summary fails to load (shows 3 dots) or may show incorrect info about which records were created and how many were created

  • No rows are displayed for the individual records that were imported

  • Authority record was imported twice

Testing notes

  1. Test for clean import of one instance in Central tenant

  2. Test for clean import of one authority in Central tenant

  3. Test for import of several instances in Central tenant, with at least 1 error (e.g. no 245 field)

  4. Test for import of several authorities in Central tenant, with at least 1 error (e.g. no 100 field)

Hi All better now for the logs for both files on Folijet's consortial central tenant - thank you!

Hi , double-checked this Jira and it appears this issue was caused by deployment/enabling my branch for testing only to the "college" tenant. As a result of this, the mod-source-record-manager could not save data necessary for logs (for consortium and university) and that's why the data import logs did not work properly.
For now, I've merged and redeployed the SRM module for all 3 tenants (consortium, university, college) on the dev-rancher. After that, I checked using the attached files that the import logs work as expected for new import jobs. However, please pay attention that the logs for some of the existing jobs will keep failing to load because at that time SRM could not properly save data for the import logs (it is relevant for the jobs imported since Monday approximately). Apologize for the confusion it caused.
Please take a look when you have a chance.

Per may just be that the Central tenant's version of import needs updating on Folijet consortia rancher. Will recheck later today

we have some weird bugs with the import logs on the central tenant. See attached video.

For both logs, it's not showing the record details, and the summary is sometimes wrong.

For MARC Authorities, the record was imported twice, with 2 different UUIDS.

Not sure what's happening, but it definitely needs some fixing
