Preconditions:

1. "Allow user to select locations from other affiliations for central orders" option should be checked (active) in "Settings" -> "Consortium manager" -> "Central ordering" in Central tenant

2. “Central default” setting is selected in "Settings" -> "Orders" -> "Network ordering" -> "Central ordering" in Member 1 tenant

3. Order in "Open" status with one PO line exists in Central:

• "Order format" = Physical

• "Bindery active" = Yes (checked)

• "Receiving workflow" = Independent order and receipt quantity

• Location - holding from Member 2 tenant

• "Create inventory" = Instance, holdings, item

4. Four pieces with “Create item” = true were added to related title in "Receiving" app

• Piece 1 and Piece 2 with locations in Member 2 tenant

• Piece 3 and Piece 4 with locations in Member 1 tenant

5. All created pieces were received

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to “Receiving” app in Member 1 tenant

2. Navigate to Title from Preconditions details pane in “Central” receiving segment (“Receiving” accordion contains only two pieces related to “Member 1” tenant)

3. Click “Actions” button in “Receiving” accordion

4. Select “Bind pieces” option

5. Fill all mandatory fields on bind form

6. Select any member tenant (e.g. Member 2) tenant from “Affiliation” dropdown

7. Create new holdings for location using same name link

8. Check checkboxes next to all pieces

9. Click “Bind” button

Expected result: Selected pieces were successfully bind, newly created item was created in selected affiliation

Actual result: Error toast “Failed to create bind pieces” appears, Bind page is still displayed, Pieces remains not bound

Additional info: pieces cannot be bound both in “Member 1” (active affiliation) and “Member 2”
