Purpose
Alerts and reporting codes have never been used, but they are the source of the 2 difference schemas for order lines. We want to remove them and use a single schema for order lines.

Requirements

• Update the schemas for order lines and composite order lines so that the only difference is the alerts and reporting codes; for each difference, choose the best option between the 2.

• Remove the alerts and reporting codes from the order line schema in mod-orders-storage

• Use this new schema in mod-orders, remove the composite order line schema

• Remove the code handling order line subobjects in mod-orders

• Create a migration script in mod-orders-storage to remove alerts and reporting codes

• Update the orders and order-lines interfaces major version

• Update modules using order lines: mod-invoice (especially PoLinePaymentStatusUpdateService), mod-gobi, mod-inventory, etc… (see a list in this PR)
