No "Titles" is shown in "Usage & analysis" accordion of package record

Overview: The list of "Titles" is empty under "Usage & analysis" accordion of package record on Orchid Bugfest environment (same issue reproduces on Snapshot).
This issue doesn't reproduce on Nolana Bugfest environment.
Steps to Reproduce:

1.  "Usage consolidation" credentials must be settled up in the settings of KB credentials.

2. Log into Orchid Bugfest environment as User with following permissions:
   "eHoldings: Can view providers, packages, titles detail records",
   "eHoldings: Can view Usage & analysis data for packages, titles and resources",

3. Go to "eHoldings" app and find "Wiley Online Library" package (https://bugfest-orchid.int.aws.folio.org/eholdings/packages/58-473)

4. Scroll down to the "Usage & analysis" accordion button and click on it.

5. Click on the dropdown button titled "Year" and select "2020" value.

6. Click on the "View" button.

7. On appeared table click the "Actions" >>"View titles".

Expected Results: The list with "Titles" is displayed
