Background: HoldingsIQ - 

response now includes facets (https://developer.ebsco.com/knowledge-services/holdingsiq/reference#/Title%20Resources/get_custid_titles)

Requirement: 

  • Add facets to the GET /{custid}/titles response

  • Add new filter by packageIds
