Overview: The table "Full text requests by platform usage" doesn't display under the "Usage & analysis" when selected "All platforms" / "Non-publisher platforms only" option
Steps to Reproduce:
User must be assigned to valid knowledge base credentials which has set up "Usage consolidation" credentials (Settings >> eHoldings >> Assigned users).
Log into Snapshot FOLIO environment as User with the following permissions:
"eHoldings: Can view providers, packages, titles detail records",
"eHoldings: Can view Usage & analysis data for packages, titles and resources".
Open "Resource" record https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/eholdings/resources/58-473-1836
Scroll down to the "Usage & analysis" accordion button and click on it.
Click on the dropdown button titled "Year" and select "2020" value.
Verify that "All platforms" or "Non-publisher platforms only" option is selected in the "Platform" dropdown.
Click on the "View" button.
Expected Results: The table "Full text requests by platform usage" with is displayed.
Actual Results: The message "Unable to provide summary information." is displayed.

When user selects "Publisher platforms only" option in the "Platform" dropdown the table "Full text requests by platform usage" is displaying.
