Instance searching (including barcode) should only list each instance once

Description

When searching for instances using a query similar to below, the same instance will appear multiple times if there are multiple items

We do, and this issue means we cannot use the previous mechanism for achieving that.

Given that a different way of cross-record searching will likely be needed, and this likely replicates I will close this as a duplicate.

Do duplicates still happen if we have two holdings records for the same instance and the same permanent location?

Otherwise, given we no longer support barcode searching at the moment, I think this should be moved to P4 or closed.
