Duplicate instance rows returned for cross-table filters

Description

Overview: When you filter search results on location, an instance with multiple related holdings appears multiple times in the result set.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to FOLIO snapshot, go to Inventory

  2. Select the instance record for "Bridget Jones's Baby"

  3. Create a holdings record with the location "Annex"

  4. Clear the search so that all instances are displayed

  5. Limit the search to "Location -> Annex"

Expected result:
"Bridget Jones's Baby" appears once in the instance list, in the 2nd pane.

Actual result:
"Bridget Jones's Baby" appears twice in the instance list:

Sorry, reopening the issue, it is still a problem. How to replicate:

  1. On folio-testing, select the instance record for "Bridget Jones's Baby"

  2. Create a holdings record with the location "Annex"

  3. Clear the search so that all instances are displayed

  4. Limit the search to "Location -> Annex"

"Bridget Jones's Baby" now appears twice in the instance list:
