Write registry entry for Organization lookup

Description

To support the use of organizations in dashboard widgets we need to have a registry entry that enables us to use the appropriate plugin for searching for Organizations

Blocked pending agreement over use of registry to expose ui-organisations data for use in dashboard widgets.

The goal is to be able to do a lookup for organizations on the Dashboard. Filtering by organizations should look the same as filtering for agreements --> have a full filter box instead of just having a field for the UUID

PR needs to be made for UI organizations
PR only needs to include basic configuration

potential sticking point:
possibly back and forth within stripes instead of merely involving the UI organizations
