Aged to lost: Exclude claim returned items from aged to lost process

Description

Purpose
To not mark "claimed returned" items as "aged to lost." Another process will take care of removing "aged to lost" if it has already been set, and removing the Lost item process fee and/or Lost item fee if already billed.

Scenarios

  1. Scenario 1
    Given determining if item should be set to "aged to lost"
    When Item status of Item Record = "Claimed returned"
    Then exclude item from "aged to lost" process

  2. Scenario 2
    Given item set to "aged to lost" previously but lost item fee not charged yet
    When Item status of Item Record = "Claimed returned"
    Then never charge the lost item fee (reset dateLostItemShouldBeBilled and lostItemHasBeenBilled to blank so patron will never be billed the lost item fee)
