BE | Add new token for item data on Staff slips - Instance HRID as barcode

Purpose: Add token to support repeatable circulation (aka Reading Room Circulation Functionality). In scope Instance HRID represented with barcode image.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:

• Log into FOLIO Snapshot as user Diku_admin - or any given FOLIO environment, as test user.

• Given: I have printed a Staff slips like one of the following: Due date receipt; Hold; Pick slip; Request delivery; Search slip (Hold request); Transit: Transit (mediated request) the notice template of which contains a token in the section "Item".

• When: I look at the Instance HRID as a barcode of that token in the slip.

• Then: I see the barcode image of the corresponding Instance HRID value.
