Backend work for UIREQ-136: Add Copy Number to Item Related to Requests

Scope

  • Include copyNumber in item summary for requests in both collection (/circulation/requests) and individual record (/circulation/requests/id) endpoints

  • Item records should already be fetched, and so should only involve copy an additional property
