Bugfest. If the user wants to download the "In transit items report (CSV)", a broken toast is displayed.

Description

Overview: Failed in Bugfest Kiwi, T931499.

Preconditions:
1. Snapshot env is opened
2. Inventory app  opened
3. Some items have "In transit" status

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin

  2. Click on Actions drop down menu

  3. Select "In transit items report (CSV)" option 

  4. Pay attention on toast

Expected Results: If the user wants to download the "In transit items report (CSV)", a success toast is displayed.
Actual Results: If the user wants to download the "In transit items report (CSV)", an error message is displayed

Note: This bug reproduce on Juniper and Iris env.

Hi . The team has started investigating this issue, and it appears to be related to performance and timeouts. We will not be able to finish this in time for Friday's bug fix deadline. Given that, I'll need to move the release to Lotus.

- it is a new issue. We tested this ticket also for Bugfest Juniper and here it all passed. But I do see, that now in the https://bugfest-juniper.folio.ebsco.com/inventory?filters=&sort=title it do fail, so something might have happened when later bugfixes were added.

I see the priority has been lowered to a P3 by Vega.

 It looks like this issue is caused by poor performance of the "In-transit items" report. We have found a couple of possible bottlenecks and now working on the approach for a fix, but this may take some time and we're not sure the fix will be ready before the R3 BugFix deadline. Also, we don't think this bug is new, it has only surfaced now because of the large amount of BugFest data. Considering all that, would you agree to move it to Lotus?
