Overview: Failed in Bugfest Kiwi, T931499.
Preconditions:
1. Snapshot env is opened
2. Inventory app opened
3. Some items have "In transit" status
Steps to Reproduce:
Log into some FOLIO Snapshot as user diku_admin
Click on Actions drop down menu
Select "In transit items report (CSV)" option
Pay attention on toast
Expected Results: If the user wants to download the "In transit items report (CSV)", a success toast is displayed.
Actual Results: If the user wants to download the "In transit items report (CSV)", an error message is displayed
Note: This bug reproduce on Juniper and Iris env.
